Where they live
The dragonet is a fish that can be located in the western Pacific, this is along popular areas such as Hong Kong, Philippines & New Guinea.
What they eat
Dragonets have a specific taste for the food they choice to eat they primarily eat live copepods & amphipods among other forms of coral rubble , small worms and protozoans.
These fish began mating as the male and female both release eggs and they will then align themselves to spawn.
These fish aren’t the easiest fish to keep alive in an aquarium settings, they tend to take a back seat in aggressiveness for food.
They’ll allow other bigger tank mates to eat food before they go after it.
This creates a difficult environment for these fish to survive usually leading to a slow demise.
